In Yeruham, a town with extreme diversity, bread serves as a meeting point between cultures, and Lehem Zeh - Collaborative Bread Workshop facilitates this connection as well as igniting local economic development by providing local bakers with a platform to grow their small businesses.

 

Join our founder or one of our lead bakers for a tasting of some of our baked goods fresh from the oven, and chat about memory, tradition, aliyah, social activism and more. This is a unique opportunity to learn about the local landscape and culture, interwoven with personal history through bread and baking.
